Issues such as anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, depression, stress, low confidence, high blood pressure, insomnia, chronic pain, addictions, irritable bowel syndrome, overeating and eating disorders can all be helped.

Goals such as stopping smoking, improved sporting ability, confident performance and relaxed childbirth are all achievable.

My name is Tayma Wallbridge and I am a fully qualified and accredited clinical hypnotherapist with the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology (BA Hons)
  • Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP)

I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy and abide by their code of conduct, maintain comprehensive insurance and engage in continuous professional development.
